A few weeks ago, Beijing Shengyashi Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. carried out the consulting project of constructing its internal control system. Beijing Truth Consulting assisted Beijing Shengyashi in establishing a perfect internal control system by specifically analyzing the risk points in each section of all its business sectors and offering relevant advices corresponding to its institution, process and operational levels, which would enable this internal control system to comply and match its overall strategy, superior group requirements and actual situation of customer service operation, so as to improve its operational and managerial efficiencies.
