Having experiences in enterprise management with the large-scale SOE and scientific research over 18 years, Ms. Chen successively held the positions at the noted listed electrical appliances group in China as the office director of general sales company, the leadership position of Publicity & Advertising Department and Director with Center for Enterprise Management and IT (at the director level). After joining a celebrated management consulting company, she served as the partner, senior management consultant and project manager.
Ms. Chen has also presided over the management consulting projects for more than 100 public and private organizations, of which include just few of the following: governmental agencies like State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), Chinese Center for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and large-scale enterprises as Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Corp.(Headquarter)SINOSTEEL Corp.(Headquarter), China Minmetals Corp.(Headquarter), Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd.
